CIL Family,
The new Fiscal Year – 2023 is proving results that reflect your excellent work and student focused outcomes. This positive trajectory includes student population; considerably higher retention percentage year over year and start over start; substantial decrease in attrition; as well as Graduation and Employment benchmarks.
Congratulations to each one of you for supporting our efforts!
Because of these outcomes, we are eager to welcome our 5-year renewal accreditation by Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) on April 18-19, 2023.
An organization’s most valuable asset is its people. As a CIL Family and Team, we are succeeding in many fronts with initiatives adding value to the college and more importantly, to its students.
I continue to request your support and a high level of commitment to help us reach the next level of success and to rest assured that I will be there to empower and support you.
We began our March Term with some new staff and faculty that will enrich our leadership team and contribute to the ongoing growth of the college with a sustained focus on excellent student outcomes and experience.
