Earnesto Nieto

Earnesto Nieto is a first-generation Mexican American who was born and raised in Houston Tx. His family owns a few Mexican bakeries in Houston, He grew up making French breads, empanadas, and Tres Leches Cakes. Growing up, He always knew he wanted to be a pastry chef. Earnesto is now Head Baker at his job, and he loves being a pastry chef.
