Job description/responsibilities:

The Cook position prepares food in accordance with standardized recipes and instructions of the executive chef or sous chef.


Job requirements:

High School/ GED preferred or three years of institutional cooking experience. 

Work experience:  2 years of food preparation.  High-volume food preparation preferred.

License & Certifications: Food Handlers

Certification Equipment Operated:  oven, steam cookers, meat slicer, deep fat fryer, and grill. Communication Skills:  Writing/composing (correspondence/reports).

Other Skills:  Math

Work schedule:  weekends, Holidays, Flexible, Overtime


Additional information: Fulltime position - 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
