Job Summary: We’re looking for someone to step up and work directly alongside Joe—our chef and co-owner—with the drive and versatility to help take our business to the next level. This role isn’t just about the tasks; it’s about the attitude, commitment, and people skills required to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment where top-notch quality is non-negotiable. You’ll be working directly with Joe, our chef and co-owner. He’s been in kitchens for over 20 years, including a decade in New York City. He runs a tight operation with high standards and is looking for someone to train and bring up the right way—no shortcuts, no drama, just solid work.
What the job looks like:
Work side-by-side with Joe on daily production
This role requires the ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs, including bags of flour and other bulk items.
Mix, shape, bake, clean, repeat
Prep for the next day with intention
Maintain high standards under pressure
Bring hustle, and a good attitude
What we're looking for:
2–4 years of culinary experience preferred, with a strong foundation in kitchen operations
A reliable team player who’s punctual, efficient, and detail-oriented
Excellent people skills, with bonus points for front-of-house or hospitality experience
Versatile and eager to tackle new challenges—from production work to hosting food and wine tastings and classes
Someone who understands that delivering excellence is everyday business and that supporting a team is the key to success
